Through expert facilitation and guidance, we help organizations foster sustainable change, promote justice, and address anti-Black racism.
As a trusted expert in racial equity, Liberation By Design® helps individuals and organizations dismantle systemic barriers to create just and equitable workplaces. We understand the unique challenges faced by Black women and other groups affected by racism, and facilitate processes and provide tools that generate awareness, foster the co-creation of new realities, and drive meaningful change. Our ultimate goal is for Black women to feel safe, heard, valued, respected, and protected in the workplace and beyond. We believe that once these changes are realized for Black women, the positive impact will extend to all people.

Liberation By Design ® primarily focuses on work that centers the experiences and healing of Black people, specifically Black Womxn. We work with Black Womxn, Black people, and leaders of organizations that primarily serve Black people and/or have a large number of Black staff within their organization. We also work with organizations that are committed to supporting Black people and can demonstrate their capacity to work towards dismantling Anti-Black racism.
