Audits
Assessments
The Liberation By Design ® racial equity audit is a comprehensive benchmarking tool that assesses diversity, equity, and inclusion for organizations. This internal racial equity assessment can be a powerful leadership tool to uncover inequities that are internal to your institution. The Equity Assessment Tool, developed by Diamond Lee is the primary evaluation method utilized to complete the audit. The tool helps to identify implicit and explicit racial equity practices which inform the key areas of focus that can move the organization forward in its journey toward shifting power and advancing racial justice. Below you will see a peek into the process that can be adapted based on several factors.
